Are you fully insured?
Yes — we carry public liability insurance on every project and can share certificates before any work begins. For peace of mind, and because it's just how a proper firm should operate.
Do you use subcontractors?
No — our core team is in-house. Designers, groundworkers, landscapers and builders all on one team. Occasionally we'll bring in a specialist (an arborist for mature tree work, an electrician for garden lighting), but we manage the project end-to-end so there's one point of accountability.
Do you offer a written workmanship guarantee?
Yes. All hard landscaping comes with a written workmanship guarantee. On top of that, premium materials like Durapost, composite decking and porcelain carry manufacturer warranties which we pass on to you directly.
Can I see examples of previous work?
Yes — we can share a portfolio of recent projects at the site visit, and you're welcome to speak to previous clients. Our Facebook page also has regular project updates and finished photos.
What does "degree-qualified designer" actually mean?
It means our design-led projects are planned by someone with a formal garden design qualification — not a builder sketching on graph paper. That matters for scale, proportion, planting choices, and how a space will actually feel once it's built. You get a garden that works beautifully in year one and year ten.
